STEVE
DODSWORTH
Steve is a
retired Civil Servant. He lives locally with his wife Shirley and drives regularly on Monday afternoons,
when he takes the members of the Grove
Luncheon Club home once they have finished
dining and their post-luncheon chat. Once that is completed, he then
goes to the Ladies Fellowship at
Woodside and returns those ladies to their homes.
On
Tuesday afternoons, he collects the members of The Willows Day Centre from
their various homes. Once at the
Willows, Steve can usually be seen
chatting informally with the ladies, and lending a helping hand as it it
were, washing up, general cleaning or whatever other chore needs doing before
taking the ladies back to their individual homes.
He also undertakes
other duties during holiday times, or whenever another driver is otherwise
disposed. |

TONY
LLEWELYN
Tony is a
new and MOST WELCOME member of the H.M.F. volunteer team.
He recently retired
from the Police Force, and finding himself with some time on his hands, Tony is
an ideal volunteer. At present he is
collecting the Members of Grove Luncheon Club on Monday mornings, and then
early afternoons collecting the members of the Woodside Ladies Fellowship for
their weekly meetings. This is invariably a busy run resulting in a full bus
and quite often having to back-track and collect a few more after the first
"load" is safely delivered. He also volunteers readily for ANY other duties
that are required |

GEOFF
RICHARDS
Geoff, having seen
our plight for drivers toward the end of 2006, offered his services readily but
alas, he IS still in full-time employment as a HGV driver at Tetley's brewery in
Leeds. This however does not deter Geoff, and he gives his time at week-ends to
ferry Worshippers to and from Woodside,
plus any other work he can do around his shift patterns. A most welcome and
giving member of the team.
